In this rehearsal for birthing, mothers-to-be are instructed in possible strategies and positions for labor, birthing breathing practices and other techniques such as sounding and visualization, hypnosis to promote the birthing process. The birth partners are instructed how to actively help the mothers-to-be during labor. You will explore massage techniques which can be practiced during pregnancy and during the birth process itself to relax and alleviate discomfort.
Because of its very practical content, this workshop is highly appreciated. We recommend couples join the workshop 8 – 4 weeks before your birth date so that you have enough time to practice.
